DreamMaker does excellent work. I would call them artists with what they do. Specializing in full design through build services, they are an excellent group of people to work with, and they make the remodeling process easy.

This group did an amazing job! DreamMaker helped us complete a full kitchen & bathroom remodel. We decided to do both jobs at the same time to help reduce cost and impact, so needless to say, this was a major job. We could not be happier with the end result! It required taking out a load-bearing wall and installing a beam (hidden in the ceiling) to completely transform our main level to an open floor plan. They added new hardwoods and our bathroom and kitchen were both completely renovated. Our favorite part of the project was the digital images of the design selections that Dennis and Christina provided us with. Also, we wanted to mention that during construction, Dennis’ work crew was courteous, on-time, and 100% professional. From the start of demolition through the final coat of paint, Dennis always kept me up to date on progress and timeline. Dennis and Christina just completed a first floor remodel for me including a slight closing in of my originally open concept design, new larger kitchen island, floor sanding, new cabinets, updated half bath, new trex decking, and more! I also plan to hire them for work needed on my second floor What I loved: 1) end result looks amazing – exactly as I wanted. 2) up front pricing, details and discussion. I spoke with Dennis about my priority items, my lack of knowledge on quality/materials/etc and then we reviewed how I could possibly save money in certain areas or focus on certain parts of the project I wanted to complete. 3) Timing: everything was scheduled in a tight timeframe that was reviewed with me, in advance. The timeline was exactly as described 4) Organized – I did not have to deal with any subcontractors, organizing, etc and I loved that they handled everything! I made a call to DreamMaker as my bathroom that was made by a previous contractor had several problems. Dennis, the owner, immediately set up services with an electrician and a plasterer. This was so helpful. After the electric and ceiling were fixed, Dennis came to do the finish work. He did a fantastic job! The bathroom looks great and is now functional. I highly recommend Dennis and Christina, owners at DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of Southern RI. They just completed a complete tear-down and rebuild of our 30-year old Master Bath. We loved the end result! I looked at many different contractors and options before selecting them and I am glad I went with them. They took care of everything from initial concept, detailed design, product selection, pulling building permits, right through to project execution and completion. Dennis is a an experienced tile guy, and knows all the other parts of the job too. His subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, plaster, shower glass) were all top notch and showed up on time and did the job completely before leaving. Both Dennis and Christina are hard-working professionals who obviously take great pride in their work. We had a very good experience with the owners at DreamMaker. We did a full kitchen renovation (including major electrical and plumbing) and also replaced our popcorn ceilings with new flat-painted drywall. They were both supportive and candid during the design process and helped us refine our vision of what we wanted into a great rendering. The process was long, and it involved a lot of decisions; but in the end, the quote they gave us was spot on for both price and timing. They were competitive in price to many alternatives and their process was much better than the competitor. The 3-year workmanship warranty was the key to us signing them on for the project. The daily communication and regular presence of Dennis, the owner, on-site was very appreciated. All new hardwoods were installed and our bathroom and kitchen were completely gutted…down to the studs. After gathering our design selections, DreamMaker provided us with digital images of what our end result would be. Everything was visible in those images and everything was to scale. It provided my wife and I with (1) confidence that we were making good choices, and more importantly (2) the opportunity to change our plans before construction began. Looking back, the experience would have been much more stressful without those digital schematics. During construction, the work crew was courteous, on-time, and 100% professional. The communication was fantastic, which for me is a big deal. In the end, the renovation looks exactly like the digital images and we are thrilled with result.
